From the feasibility study to the implementation of projects, you will receive all services from one single source. Oerlikon Barmag engineering cares about the complete process, from the polycondensation to the DTY machine and additional downstream processes. It includes chip handling, auxiliary plants, utility plants, general electrics, financial services as well as the respective documentation. As an example, the FlexiDye® system for dye packages allows the direct delivery of packages - even of the most demanding yarns - from the texturing machine with ATT take-up unit in dye plants. These packages are dyed process-securely and efficiently.

Reduce the dependency on raw material
One highlight of Oerlikon Barmag's provided solutions is the deep knowledge in upstream processes: With the Oerlikon Barmag polycondensation solutions, for instance, filament yarn manufacturers are enabled to reduce their dependency on raw material deliveries and determine extensively the characteristics of the raw material themselves.

Fine-denier concept for high speed texturing
The same applies to texturing: here, Oerlikon Barmag introduced a cross section for the MPS-CoolFlex, with which finer titers specifically can be manufactured at considerably higher speeds. In addition to its lower construction height, its energy consumption is significantly reduced.
