瑞士施维茨州普费菲孔，2011年11月22日—欧瑞康集团将简化其纺织部门，以进一步提升未来的竞争力与盈利能力。此次整改的三大关键要素包括：  将五项纺织机械与元件业务合并为三个事业部；  纺织总部迁至上海；以及  在德国和亚洲两地增加投入约8000万瑞士法郎的研发投资。 在新建立的组织架构中，拥有丰富国际经验的执行官Clement Woon将接任Thomas Babacan的职位，于2012年1月1日出任该部门的首席执行官。欧瑞康集团首席执行官Michael Buscher博士表示：“我们的纺织业务已获得了有力的提升，这为我们带来了可观的利润。通过今天的公布，我们将使该部门更靠近我们的最大客户，并继续推进我们进一步提升效率与盈利能力的战略。在此，我谨向Thomas Babacan致以最诚挚的谢意，感谢他为欧瑞康所做的贡献，同时也欢迎Clement Woon加盟我们公司”。
